Cosmic Breathwork is an intensive releasing modality, through a unique and specific breathing technique you are guided into a non-conscious mind space, as the distribution of oxygen and carbon dioxide in your body changes. Here you will experience incredible and unfamiliar sensations throughout your body and be able to tap into different parts of the brain, slow down the brain waves, release suppressed memory and introduce clarity to the mind.
This breathing techniques will immediately affect your sense of clarity, connection, and peace. Here you’ll discover a natural remedy for stress and anxiety, along with greater self-awareness, love, and compassion, as we detox and oxygenate the mind and body.
This may be a deeply relaxing experience, but it can also be a confronting experience, I encourage you to surrender to the process and know that you are being supported in this space
Your facilitator, Schanelle Denton, has undergone extensive training in breathwork, yoga, pranayama, energy healing, trauma processing, indigenous healing modalities, somatic healing, coaching and the therapeutic healing process.
After a few minutes of breathing, you may feel a tingly sensation of energy vibrating through your body, moving the stuck energy in your system. Many people report having profound experiences. Your experience will be unique to you and your path.
By changing the patterns of breathing, it is possible to restore balance, calm an agitated mind, relieve symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression, improve physical health and endurance, elevate performance and relationships, connect to your highest self and source for deep healing, clarity and power.

Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, significant recent physical injuries or surgery.
Breathwork is not advised for persons with severe mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications. It is also unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Pregnant women are advised against practising Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician and the Breathwork class facilitator.
